2:45 p.m.: Divine Mercy Chaplet, 3 o’clock prayer,etc.Apparition to Iveta, message
3:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Holy Mass anytime for out station pilgrims.

INSTRUCTIONS:

BRIEF FOR THE USHER-VOLUNTEERS

1.    Please be calm & request pilgrims as there will be many who come from different places/ faith & etc; PLEASE FOLLOW THE VIRTUE OF HUMILITY OF OUR LADY.
2.    Guide all pilgrims and ensure no conflict is encountered, especially while in parking zones. Volunteers to keep the candle, flower vendors, etc away from the entrance of Batim entrance, for free flow of pilgrims.
3.    No selling or distributing any material without Parish Priest’s permission. Ensure safety of drinking water.
          4.    Media, relatives and videographer: uniform manner, in the marked place.
          5.  Please gently request for space for the Priests, etc to move easily.

BEFORE YOU REACH BATIM
1.    Fasting and abstinence.

2.   Ensure that you do a good Confession (2 days prior); do not keep any unconfessed sin and unforgiveness in your heart.

3.    Attend Sunday Mass at your Local Parish Church.

4.    Say additional rosaries from your heart, for the success.

5.    Please accept difficulties in a spirit of sacrifice, pleasing to God.


ON REACHING BATIM

a)   Do not wait at the bottom of the Mount since the place is limited. Instead proceed to the top of the mount.
b)   You can start ideally any time 10am-12pm. It takes about 20-90 mins to reach up walking, DOING THE STATIONS OF THE CROSS, using your own prayer books.
c)   Then join/ start on the top praying the Rosary, etc.
d)   Adoration will start at 2 pm.
e)   Ensure that all are present at the top by 2pm.
f)    Pilgrims arriving later then 2pm may join.
g)   Elderly/ Sick or Disabled pilgrims may proceed with their vehicles to the Chapel. A mini bus may ferry to and fro.
h)   They will be allowed to park their vehicles based on the availability of parking space. Please park your vehicle down the mount till end of service, due to lack of space.
i)     We request all to co-ordinate with volunteers/ organizers.
j)     Please keep your mobiles off. Only official videographer allowed.
k)   You may carry your own water, snacks, umbrella, caps, etc. 
l)     For donations/ sponsors should go to the correct channel (Parish Priest ); please write your name, address, mobile no and amount on a paper.
m)  No littering on the grounds.
n)   PLEASE ACCEPT DIFFICULTIES IN A SPIRIT OF SACRIFICE, PLEASING TO GOD.

You are invited to join us every First Saturdays and special days, at the foot of the Mount at 1230 pm for Stations of the Cross, prayers at the top and Holy Mass.
